Had some drainage issue with my walk-in freezer. Repairus service is prompt and friendly. Their technician (Dmitry) was very professional and fixed the issue quickly (It was a nut!). Our service tech, Arsen, was wonderful. I assume based on the time he arrived (he was on time) that we were his last call of the day, but he still had an energetic, positive attitude.

Not a scam company, I got scammed twice before finding these guys. Absolutely enjoyed Dmitry as the technician. Extremely professional and kind. his time to explain in detail what was wrong with my preparation table and helped me understand everything. Took You pay a certain amount for the first call-out for the technician to come and diagnose the issue for you. Repairus Refrigeration is a very impressive company. They are thorough with their scheduling and billing and you can track your installer so you have a good idea of arrival. Dmitry was our service tech person. He was amazing; pleasant, courteous and very efficient. It was a pleasure having him repair our commercial freezer.

I had a broken soft drink fridge at home and was referred to Repairus Ottawa.

The refrigerataion tech that arrived to service my walk in cooler was friendly and professional, and efficiently diagnosed the issue. The best part was they had the parts on hand and was able to complete the repair in one visit. Technician arrived on time. The freezer in our brand KeepRite walk-in freezer wouldn’t work which was quite disappointing. RepairUs commercial refrigeration was absolutely amazing to work with. They communicated every step: called to confirm appointment, called before to narrow down the time slot, called again when technician is on its way. All parts on hand!!!Our technician Dimitri was amazing as well! He was very detailed in his explanation on why it didn’t work and helped us resolved the issue. Highly recommended !
