Had some drainage issue with my walk-in freezer. Repairus service is prompt and friendly. Their technician (Dmitry) was very professional and fixed the issue quickly (It was a nut!). He also offered us some useful tips to maintain the freezer. We would strongly recommend this company to others.

Our service tech, Arsen, was wonderful. I assume based on the time he arrived (he was on time) that we were his last call of the day, but he still had an energetic, positive attitude. Arsen replaced the compressor in our commercial prep table fridge which is not an easy job. Lots of sounds and smells coming from the kitchen (to be expected) but he did a great job.

Not a scam company, I got scammed twice before finding these guys. Absolutely enjoyed Dmitry as the technician. Extremely professional and kind. his time to explain in detail what was wrong with my preparation table and helped me understand everything. Took You pay a certain amount for the first call-out for the technician to come and diagnose the issue for you. But that payment gets deducted from the final payment after the work is done, which is nice.

The freezer in our brand KeepRite walk-in freezer wouldn’t work which was quite disappointing. RepairUs commercial refrigeration was absolutely amazing to work with.
